Terms and Conditions 2019.02.18

  1. GENERAL
    • These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply between Ciceron International AB (the “Organiser” or “we/us”) and you (the “Attendee” or “you”) as an attendant at, and purchaser of ticket to, an event, concert, meeting, conference or similar event (the “Event”) at a venue, arranged by the Organiser.
    • Tickets to Events are sold through any of the Organiser’s authorised agents. The agent provides sales system where organisers may sell tickets to customers. Consequently, the agent is solely responsible for the technical transfer of tickets through the sales system. Therefore, these Terms and Conditions are incorporated, and should be read together with, any conditions and regulations of such agents’, venues’ or promoters’ (third party staging the Event if different from the Organiser), provided to you upon request.
  2. WITHDRAWAL
    • A lost ticket cannot be redeemed. The provisions on cancellations rights in the Swedish Distance Contracts Act do not apply under the same act when purchasing event tickets. You are bound by your purchase once payment has been made.
  3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
    • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel orders placed by you if you do not disclose accurate data about yourself or if you otherwise are in breach or attempt to circumvent the terms. You may not purchase tickets for speculative purposes.
  4. CANCELLATIONS, RE-SCHEDULATIONS OR OTHER SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES TO EVENT
    • Event tickets are sold subject to the Organiser’s and the promoter’s right to alter the Event as reasonably necessary.
    • Tickets cannot be refunded unless the Event is cancelled, re-scheduled or if is a substantial change to the Event. A substantial change is considered to have occurred if, in the Organiser’s reasonable opinion, alterations causes the Event to be substantially different from what a purchaser of the ticket could reasonably expect.
    • It is the Attendee’s responsibility to keep yourself informed whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled.
    • If the Event is cancelled or, re-scheduled and you cannot, or do not wish, to attend the reschedule Event, or where there is a material change to the Event, you are entitled a refund in accordance with Section 5.
  5. REFUND
    • The total refund for one Event ticket shall be the face value of the ticket purchased, excluding any service and administration fees. Costs for travel, accommodation or other cost relating to the Event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk and the Organiser shall not be liable for such costs or losses.
    • In order to obtain a refund, you must notify the agent or the Organiser of your claim within two (2) months of the date of the Event/day that the Event would have been held. If these conditions are not satisfied, there is no right to refund.
  6. PERSONAL DATA
    • The personal data you as Attendee disclose is processed with respect, and in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation. Read more about our processing procedures in our and/or the authorized agent’s Privacy Policy.
  7. VOID TICKETS AND ENTRY AT VENUE
    • Any tickets obtained in breach of the conditions will be void. Any person seeking to use a void ticket may be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue without refund, and may be subject to legal action. Void tickets are non-refundable.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the event and/or venue if reasonable, including without limitation, for health and safety or licensing reasons, or if Attendant refuse to comply with the Organiser’s, or the venue’s, security searches or if Event ticket is void.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Organiser or the venue may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Event. Notwithstanding anything else in the conditions, neither the venue, the promoter nor the Organiser shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
    • You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by the Organiser and/or all venue stewards and staff.
    • The use of equipment for recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material within the venue is forbidden.
    • You may only leave and then re-enter the venue during an event at the discretion of the venue.
    • Minors will not be allowed entry to an Event unless they are supervised by an adult.
  8. LIMITATION OF LABILITY
    • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Organiser is not, to the extent permitted by applicable law, liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of money or any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting direct or indirect from the Attendees use of the Organiser’s services, including but not limited to the attendance at Events.
    • The Organiser shall never be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply.
  9. FINAL PROVISIONS
